We got the Team Up with Hellman's and Chef Mathew Ravenscroft from Toronto, for a unique challenge...making Vegan Dishes inspired by some favourite classic dishes on our menu! Of course we replicated the smoked Brisket, and our Smok'd Mac & Cheese and came up with a Smok'd Vegan Brizet with Carolina Drizzle, and a Queso Carrot Mac 'N' Cheese...and omg, if I didn't have enough reasons already to incorporate more plant-based into my diet...these items were incredible! (and still available on our catering platter menu folks!).
